We read everything. Corrections in particular are welcome, because a criterion that cannot be scored is a defect in the instrument rather than in the clinic.
Corrections and criteria
If a criterion is wrong, ambiguous or impossible to score with evidence a clinic can obtain, write to desk@rankmyclinic.co.uk with the instrument reference and the criterion number. Tell us what you could not establish and what evidence you had. We correct instruments and note the change with its date.
Suggesting an instrument
Write to the same address with the question you want answered about your own operation and the evidence you already hold that might answer it. The second half is the part that determines whether an instrument can be built, because an assessment requiring data a clinic cannot obtain is not an assessment.
Sponsorship
Rates are published on the funding page, along with the rules that govern the slot. Enquiries to sponsor@rankmyclinic.co.uk. We will decline any arrangement requiring an exception to those rules, and we will not discuss content.
What we cannot help with
- We do not rank clinics, so we cannot include you in a ranking. There is not one.
- We do not maintain a directory, so there is no listing to buy or to be added to.
- We do not recommend agencies, suppliers or consultants, and we will not name one privately either.
- We do not provide medical, legal or regulatory advice, and an instrument is not a substitute for it.
- We do not verify or endorse any score a clinic publishes from an instrument here. That is their claim.
