Thank you. The starter pack is on its way to your inbox, and you will get one short email a month when a new instrument is published.
Where to start
If you have not scored an instrument before, three are worth running first because each produces a list of specific work rather than a general impression.
- The local discoverability scorecard, which is administrative, quick, and reliably finds something.
- The enquiry response readiness assessment, which asks you to send a test enquiry through every route you publish. Most clinics find at least one that nobody monitors.
- The treatment page quality rubric, applied to your single most important treatment page.
Before you score
Read the scoring method first. It takes four minutes and it explains the one rule that determines whether the exercise is useful: score what exists today, not what is planned.
If an email does not arrive
Check the folder your provider files things in without asking. If it is genuinely absent, write to desk@rankmyclinic.co.uk and we will send it again.
